Lady Chief Justice Carr was installed as the highest judge in the land in 2023 - in preference to the favourite Lady Justice Sharp. Sue Carr is married to Alexander Birch - we were told this in a Daily Telegraph feature at the time of Sue Carr's accession to the throne - and they live in a £10m. terraced house in Notting Hill. But now Lady Chief Justice Sue Carr - she uses her maiden name - is running scared because of growing fears of physical ... and social media ... attacks on members of the judiciary who are 'only doing their jobs'. See The Daily Telegraph and The Times and the Daily Mail articles below.

OPEN JUSTICE - the requirement for full transparency in all matters of justice in the court adjudication system - was at issue for the Press in the Sara Sharif custody case, as the Press suspected a right judicial f*ck up after poor darling Sara was abused incessantly and then murdered by the very people who were awarded custody of her by the particular Family Court judge. Save that the name of the judge who awarded custody of Sara to her father and stepmother was withheld.

The naming of that one Family Court judge in Surrey who blundered so spectacularly was, initially prevented - (covered up) - by Mr Justice Williams who refused the Press permission to name any of the three judges involved in the Sara Sharif custody proceedings on the grounds that those judges may be lynched - physically and metaphorically in social media - and that the Press reporting would be perverse. On appeal the Court of Appeal overruled Mr Justice Williams and the judge who allowed Sara Sharif to stay with those vile, murdering scum - her father and step-mother - has been named as Alison Raeside.

Presumably, Lady Chief Justice SUE CARR supported the decision of Mr Justice Williams to refuse permission for the Press to name Judge Alison Raeside. It was up to the brave Press applicants to appeal - they spent their hard-earned using a direct-access barrister - and ONLY THEN did Master of the Rolls Sir Geoffrey Vos decide that Mr Justice Williams had, after all, got it all wrong and, in the name of Open Justice, allowed the judges to be named - the one most 'at fault' being Judge Alison Raeside.

Sue Carr truly believes her precious judges are - more or less - infallible ... paragons of virtue and that IF they make a mistake, then under the 'rule of law' all one has to do is spend (at least) £25,000 using a Solicitor and/or barrister to appeal - or rather seek permission to appeal.

HOWEVER, Sue Carr and Sir Geoffrey Vos are hiding a dirty little secret. Open Justice is NOT forthcoming when former Lincoln's Inn Solicitor Farid El Diwany informs them that their MoJ civil servants working at the Royal Courts of Justice - Michele Souris and Ben Yallop - have lied when telling Essex Police that Farid El Diwany had 'turned up' at the homes of former Lord Chief Justice Sir Ian Burnett and President of the Queen's Bench Division Lady Justice Sharp ... which resulted in the arrest and overnight detention of Mr El Diwany by Essex Police on 1 September 2021. Mr El Diwany had not been within a million miles of these judges' homes. The allegation from Michele Souris of 'turning up' outside the judges' homes was a total fabrication. Ben Yallop turned a blind eye. They are engaged in a long-running smear campaign with a large measure of Islamophobia after Mr El Diwany and Lord Pickles tried to get the Judicial Conduct Rules changed after Lady Justice Sharp (when Mrs Justice Sharp) refused in a High Court libel case to condemn Farid El Diwany being told in emails to 'Go f**k Allah, the camel' and told that his semen was only fit for a pig and told 'Going to f**k your mother. She likes white man' and more besides with similar sentiments. All declared a hate-crime by Essex Police and referred to Interpol Norway.

SUE CARR and Sir Geoffrey Vos refuse to ask their civil servants to provide the evidence that Farid El Diwany had 'turned up' outside the homes of Lord Burnett and Dame Victoria Sharp. Thing is ... there is NO evidence, as Mr El Diwany was never there in the first place. Michele Souris deserves to be in prison. The husband of Sue Carr - Alexander Birch - signed for Mr El Diwany's 2024 letter addressed to his wife at their Notting Hill residence, as can be seen below.
